  • Visit https://www.dmcc.ae/free-zone/support
  • Choose “JLT property owners.”
  • Fill in the mandatory fields and upload the required documents.
  • Make the online payment.
  • Submit your request.
  • Upon approval, you’ll receive an email notification with a unique link to download the NOC.
Requirements:
  1. When the unit owner is a private individual:
    • A signed request letter by the property owner or authorized signatory.
    • If a Power of Attorney (POA) holder signs the letter, provide a valid Power of Attorney resolution and POA holder identification (Passport or Emirates ID).
    • Copy of the title deed or certificate of ownership from the tower developer, not older than 6 months.
    • Copy of the owner’s identification, including a copy of the passport and visa page or Emirates ID card.
    • Proof of payment, which is the receipt generated after service payment.
  2. when the unit owner is a corporate entity:
    • A signed request letter by the property owner or authorized signatory, with customer email and mobile number.
    • If a Power of Attorney (POA) holder signs the letter, provide a valid Power of Attorney resolution and POA holder identification (Passport or Emirates ID).
    • Copy of the title deed or certificate of ownership from the tower developer, not older than 6 months.
    • Company’s valid trade license or certificate of good standing, which should be current-dated up to 1 year from the service submission date.
    • Proof of payment, the receipt generated upon payment of service.
