Concordia manages master community approvals for certain developer zones, acting as an intermediary layer between tenants and primary authorities.
Beyond these, major master developers — Emaar, Nakheel, Damac, Meraas — all require their own NOC (No Objection Certificate) before fit out work begins in their properties.
